This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit stotte.ai or book a call through it. Stotte.ai is a trading name of Harri Howkins ("Stotte", "I", "we"), and I am the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.
Stotte.ai is a static website. It doesn't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and it has no forms — browsing it doesn't collect or store any personal data about you.
The "Book a Discovery Call" links on this site take you to a booking page hosted by GoHighLevel (trading as LeadConnector), a third-party scheduling platform. When you book a call there, you'll provide details such as your name, email address, and phone number directly to that platform. This information is used to schedule and conduct the call, and to follow up with you about the conversation we have.
The lawful basis for this processing is your consent (by choosing to book) and, where you go on to become a client, the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.
GoHighLevel/LeadConnector processes your booking details on my behalf as a data processor. I don't sell or share your data with anyone else for marketing purposes.
Booking and call details are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service you've booked and to meet standard UK record-keeping requirements, and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@stotteai.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think your data hasn't been handled properly.
